These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of goods by Ashworth & Vale Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322003, whose registered office is in London, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Contract of sale
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of the goods by email. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.

As each garment is produced in small runs, minor variations in cloth, hide or finish are inherent to the making and are not defects.
4. Delivery
United Kingdom orders are dispatched by tracked service. European Union and international deliveries may be subject to local duties, taxes and customs charges payable by the recipient. Please see our Shipping Policy.
5. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. 6. Consumer Rights Act 2015
Goods supplied are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability arising from any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including trade marks, imagery, copy and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Ashworth & Vale Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the European Union retain the benefit of any mandatory local protections.
10. Online dispute resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers within the European Union may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
