1. Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (United Kingdom) and Directive 2011/83/EU (European Union), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
2. Extended goodwill returns
As a matter of house policy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed goods in their original packaging for up to 30 days from delivery.
3. How to return

- We shall provide a returns reference and postal instructions.
- Return goods within 14 days of notifying us.
4. Condition of returned goods
Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags and dust bags. Loafers should be tried on a carpeted surface only. We reserve the right to deduct from any refund an amount reflecting diminished value of goods handled beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we shall issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Refunds cover the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery charge (where the entire order is returned).
6. Return postage
Return postage is at the customer's cost, save where goods are defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described, in which case we shall bear reasonable postage costs.
7. Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and equivalent EU consumer protections are unaffected by this policy. Where goods are faulty, misdescribed or unfit for purpose you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
